Role Description

Seeking patent agent and technology specialists with some experience in patent preparation, prosecution and counseling. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, a advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Life Sciences(Biology/Chemistry). Responsibilities include; drafting patent applications; conducting patentability, freedom-to-operate, invalidity search and analysis; analyzing

technical documents to assist with patent prosecution.

• Patent preparation and prosecution experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent academic background.
• Advanced degree in Biology or Chemistry (Ph.D. preferred)
