Hesek Enterprises is a growing residential construction and remodeling company looking for experienced carpenters and hardworking construction helpers to join our crew.
Our projects include additions, framing, decks, siding, roofing, windows and doors, exterior trim, kitchens, bathrooms, and complete residential remodels.
For our carpenter position, we are looking for someone with solid residential construction experience who can work independently, understand plans and layouts, problem-solve in the field, and complete quality work without needing constant supervision. Experience in framing, exterior work, decks, remodeling, and finish work is a major plus.
We are also hiring construction laborers/helpers. Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train someone who is dependable, works hard, listens, and genuinely wants to learn the trade.

● Can safely perform physical construction work
● Have reliable transportation
● Have their own basic hand tools (preferred for experienced applicants)

Pay is based on experience, skill level, reliability, and ability.
