Job DescriptionOccupational Therapist (OT) (Contract)
Location: Lancaster, Massachusetts 01523 Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Employment Type: Contract / Temporary Compensation: $1900 - $1944/week
Key Requirements
<ul>
<li>
Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines.
</li>
<li>
Responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.
</li>
<li>
Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals.
</li>
<li>
Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans.
</li>
<li>
Document services accurately and timely.
</li>
<li>
Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies.
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
</li>
<li>
Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
</li>
</ul>
Qualification
<ul>
<li>
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
</li>
<li>
Active state OT license (or ability to obtain).
</li>
<li>
Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
</li>
