Job Description Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and dependable Horticultural Supervisor/Foreman/Crew Leader to lead our horticultural crew and maintain high-quality properties.&nbsp; This is a hands-on position for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work.&nbsp; Work references are required. Responsibilities&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage a horticultural crew</li>
<li>Perform trimming/pruning</li>
<li>Have plant knowledge</li>
<li>Operate truck and trailer safely</li>
<li>Ensure all tools and equipment are properly secured before leaving each job site</li>
<li>Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of vehicles, trailers, and equipment</li>
<li>Maintain quality standards and complete jobs efficiently</li>
<li>Report any equipment damage, property damage, and/or employee injuries immediately</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Experience leading a horticultural crew</li>
<li>Experience operating a truck and trailer</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and leadership skills</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications (but not required)
<ul>
<li>Landscape Design experience a plus!</li>
</ul>
