RN First Assistant - Operating Room
\n
**Schedule**
\n Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
\n
**Requirements**
\n - Minimum 3 years of experience as an RN First Assistant
\n - Licensure: Massachusetts state license in hand (conditional license accepted)
\n - Certifications: CNOR, ACLS, BLS required
\n
**Roles & Responsibilities**
\n - Assist in surgical procedures, providing first assistance to the surgeon
\n - Maintain sterile technique and ensure the OR environment is safe for patients and staff
\n - Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow in the operating room
\n - Monitor patient condition during procedures and respond to any emergencies
\n - Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding the surgical process
