Discover a rewarding contract opportunity for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school setting, working with middle and high school students. This full-time, onsite position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference throughout the upcoming academic year.
This assignment runs from August 24, 2026, through June 17, 2027, spanning 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Candidates will collaborate with a supportive educational team to deliver high-quality speech therapy services and help students thrive in their academic and social environments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active New Hampshire SLP licensure required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Demonstrated school-based experience supporting student communication needs
- Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance with state/federal regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Completion of district fingerprinting and background check
- Ability to start on August 24, 2026, and commit through June 17, 2027
- Must be willing to complete a Zoom interview
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for middle and high school students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Conduct direct therapy sessions, both individual and group, focused on achieving IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences
- Offer support and resources to teachers and staff to promote student communication success
