A health network with multiple sites around Western Massachusetts is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join them in the pursuit of high-quality patient care.

About the Opportunity
\n

<li>Schedule: Monday to Friday (option for 4 or 5-day work week)</li>
\n
<li>Hours: 40 hours a week</li>
\n
<li>Setting: Outpatient</li>
\n
<li>Patient Volume: 2-3 per hour</li>
\n
<li>Call: 1-3 days per month, telephone only</li>
\n</ul>
\n
Responsibilities:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results</li>
\n
<li>Maintain complete and accurate medical records</li>
\n
<li>Provide quality clinical diagnostic skills in the delivery of patient care</li>
\n
<li>Prescribe medications and formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans</li>
\n
<li>Collect and record patient information, such as medical histories, reports and examination results</li>
\n
<li>Maintain complete and accurate medical records</li>
\n
<li>Participate in medical staff educational programs and meetings</li>
\n
<li>Performing other duties, as needed</li>
\n</ul>

Qualifications:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>M.D. / D.O.</li>
\n
<li>Board Eligible / Certified Family or Internal Medicine</li>
\n</ul>
