The Role: The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operations of Edgewood Center, ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.
The Administrator will work closely with nursing, admissions, rehabilitation, social services, dietary, activities, environmental services, human resources, and regional leadership to ensure the center operates at the highest possible standard.
