Telehealth Nurse Practitioner - Remote - USA
Our client, a healthcare startup, is seeking experienced Telehealth Nurse Practitioners to deliver high-quality virtual care in a modern, technology-enabled environment. Providers will work across triage, chat, and video visits, with rapid access to specialists and streamlined labs, imaging, and referrals within patients' existing networks.
What Were Looking For
- Clinical background in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Strong comfort managing triage and varying levels of acuity in a virtual care setting
- Minimum of 6,240 practice hours (equivalent to 3 years of full-time clinical experience)
- Active state licensure covering at least 40% of the U.S. population, including California, Texas, Florida, and New York (non-negotiable)
- 5–10 years of total clinical experience, with 4+ years in telehealth
- Experience or interest in next-generation digital health models
- Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing clinical teams, workflows, or practice policies (strong plus)
- Experience contributing to or setting clinical practice policies and supporting practice management
- Excellent communication skills, with a patient-centered approach across written and video interactions
- Fast learner comfortable adopting new tools, workflows, and clinical platforms
- U.S.-trained (medical education and clinical training in the U.S. required)
- Must be U.S.-based, with a slight preference for East or West Coast providers
- Strong mission alignment and enthusiasm for telehealth and fast-moving healthcare environments
