Day to day as a Non-Medical Home Care Assistant for Elderly-

Light housekeeping like Vacuuming, changing linens, laundry, and emptying trash
Medication reminders and assist clients with pre-dosed medication
Basic meal preparations
Helping with activities of daily living (ADLs) like showering and grooming

What we're looking for in a Non-Medical Home Care Assistance for Elderly

To excel as a Non-Medical Home Care Assistant at Guardian Angel Senior Services, a blend of compassionate care and strong interpersonal skills is essential. While having HHA (Home Health Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certifications is preferred, it's not mandatory, as we provide thorough training for those without prior experience. A keen attention to detail is necessary for tasks such as medication reminders and light housekeeping, ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.
