Position Overview:

We are seeking a Parts Manager to oversee our parts department operations at our Methuen, MA location. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with experience managing inventory, vendor relationships, and team workflow in a service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
  • Order, receive, and maintain proper inventory levels of golf car parts and accessories
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and timely deliveries
  • Oversee parts sales—both internal (service department support) and external (retail and wholesale customers)
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Support service technicians by sourcing and supplying required parts
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, online, and by phone
  • Monitor and control parts department expenses
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Submit and manage warranty claims efficiently.
  • Operate a forklift to load and unload parts deliveries.
  • Assist the service department when parts responsibilities are completed and additional help is needed
  • Stock incoming inventory in appropriate locations accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Strong inventory management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license required
