Chelmsford, MA | Full-Time | $40 - $50 per hour, based on experience

We're looking for a skilled Journeyman Plumber who takes pride in their craftsmanship, cares about the customer experience, and enjoys solving problems that require experience and attention to detail.
Our team works primarily with residential customers, and our plumbers get the opportunity to work on a variety of service and repair projects where quality matters.
This isn't about turning and burning as many calls as possible. We want our team to have the time and support to diagnose problems properly, provide honest recommendations, and complete quality work that they can be proud of.
You will also not be expected to sell jobs, work on commission, or hit high-pressure sales quotas. We hire skilled tradespeople to focus on what they do best: solving problems, providing excellent service, and doing the job right.

What You'll Do
As a Journeyman Service Plumber, you'll provide plumbing service and repair for residential customers while representing the company professionally.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues
- Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and service work
- Troubleshoot hydronic heating and mechanical systems
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and equipment
- Identify the cause of plumbing problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
- Communicate clearly with customers about the work being performed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company standards, applicable codes, and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation for completed work
- Work independently while collaborating with the broader plumbing and HVAC team
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a dependable, skilled plumber who takes pride in their work and can confidently handle residential service calls.
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Plumber license or applicable state credentials
- 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience troubleshooting hydronic heating and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
- Ability to diagnose issues and determine appropriate repairs
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls responsibly
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
Compensation & Benefits
