Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid teaching certification with specialization in Special Education
  • Proficiency in bilingual instruction to support English language learners
  • Experience teaching students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff

Location: Florence, Massachusetts

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement specially designed instruction tailored to students with disabilities
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to adapt curriculum and provide accommodations
  • Utilize bilingual skills to bridge communication gaps and enhance student learning experiences
  • Monitor and assess student progress, updating IEPs as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings to discuss student outcomes and strategies

Compensation:This position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $38.95 to $45.36.
