Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Diamond Path Counseling, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Completing all necessary documentation promptly and accurately to comply with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Utilizing evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as determined by the clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that effectively address client needs.
- Engaging actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that Diamond Path Counseling meets all necessary requirements.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with local and state service agencies, fostering a network of support for clients.
- Communicating effectively with community partners to promote our programs and help identify new partnerships and funding opportunities.
- Pursuing personal and professional development through conferences, workshops, and active participation in relevant task forces and committees.
- Embodying and promoting the agency's mission and values in all interactions.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with organizational goals and client needs.
