Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

  • Valid LMFT license to practice in the state of Massachusetts.

  • A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

  • Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and guide clients through challenges.

  • Excellent communication skills that facilitate effective collaboration with clients and members of the healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
