Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Vatica Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to diagnose and formulate individualized treatment plans for patients facing mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
- Modifying treatment plans based on patient progress and utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to ensure effective care.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare providers, community resources, and patient families, to create comprehensive discharge plans that reflect continuity of care.
- Referring patients to external services, including community programs, support groups, and psychiatrists, fostering a holistic approach to mental health care.
- Providing supportive interventions, such as crisis management and bereavement counseling, to address patients' urgent and ongoing needs.
- Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as adhering to clinical program standards and the Mental Health Practice Act.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000, along with the following benefits:
