Work Environment\n

In this remote position, you will leverage telehealth technology to connect with patients, making mental health support more accessible than ever. Our telehealth facility emphasizes flexibility and convenience, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional atmosphere. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

  • A valid and accredited Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

  • Current licensure in the state of Massachusetts as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

  • In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with contemporary evidence-based treatment modalities.

  • Proven ability to deliver both individual and group therapies, demonstrating strong therapeutic rapport with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
