Job DescriptionJob Opportunity: OB/GYN Generalist
Our organization is looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN Generalist to become part of a thriving practice. This team consists of seven board-certified or eligible OB/GYN physicians, eight certified nurse midwives, two Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs), and one Physician Assistant (PA), all supported by a dedicated administrative team.
Position Overview
The selected physician will engage with patients in the clinic for 1-2 days each week and will also handle 12-hour inpatient OB shifts, participating in a call rotation of 1:8. We utilize a nocturnist model, which is backed by two physicians.
Leadership and Academic Opportunities
For those interested, there are leadership roles available, and this position includes an academic appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College.
Practice Environment
Our group serves a busy community hospital, delivering comprehensive obstetric, gynecological, and midwifery services. We operate a 24/7 Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) Hospitalist service for patients in the Bedford and Manchester areas of New Hampshire, performing approximately 800 deliveries annually with an integrated midwifery service.
Care Model
At our Women's Health Center, we emphasize a collaborative approach, integrating care from physicians, CNMs, APRNs, PAs, Genetic Counselors, and subspecialists from Dartmouth Health, all within a single office. This setup allows us to provide thorough obstetric, gynecological, and midwifery care, complete with on-site imaging and access to OBGYN subspecialists.

Qualifications
- Advanced clinical degree (MD or DO).
- Completion of a residency program.
