This opportunity offers flexible scheduling while supporting residents with mobility, strength, and functional goals in a skilled nursing setting.Responsibilities:Complete physical therapy evaluations and provide individualized treatmentAddress gait training, balance, strengthening, transfers, and endurance goalsCollaborate with rehab staff and nursing on resident care plansMonitor progress and adjust treatment as neededMaintain timely documentationQualifications:Active PT license requiredSkilled nursing experience preferred but not requiredStrong clinical and communication skillsDirect Hire.
