Key Responsibilities\n
As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising clinical care for your caseload while demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques.
- Conducting individualized and group therapy sessions to address the unique needs of clients.
- Performing comprehensive assessments and documentation to inform treatment plans effectively.
- Exhibiting advanced skills in evaluating clients and their families for potential psychological interventions, collaborating to develop actionable resolution plans.
- Utilizing clinical expertise to navigate crisis situations, offering therapeutic interventions that lead to meaningful outcomes.
- Providing personalized counseling services, including individual, couple, or family therapy, ensuring a client-centered approach.
- Regularly assessing the needs of clients and coordinating with healthcare providers to design effective psychological service strategies.
- Monitoring client progress through subsequent evaluations and adapting treatment plans as necessary.
- Creating and maintaining detailed strategy outlines, treatment summaries, and care modifications based on ongoing evaluations.
- Offering educational resources and support programs to clients and their families as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
- Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent (PsyD).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
At Quail Run Behavioral Health Clinic, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 135,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
