Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in North Adams, Massachusetts. This role offers flexibility with full- or part-time opportunities, serving K-12 students across a diverse caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy and assessments to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student development and learning goals
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license is required
- Experience working with school-age children and a variety of speech and language disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and colleagues
- Ability to manage caseload and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
