Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, assessing their unique needs and planning appropriate interventions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that encompass trauma recovery objectives, with an emphasis on fostering resilience and coping strategies.
- Administer evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients through their trauma processing and helping them develop effective coping mechanisms.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and allied health professionals to ensure cohesive and integrative care for patients, enhancing outcomes through shared treatment approaches.
- Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, utilizing your skills to de-escalate situations and offer immediate assistance.
