Job Requirements\n

- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
- Experience in infusion nursing and port access/management required
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
- Current Vermont RN license or compact multi-state RN license
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- BSN required
- Preferred: CRNI certification
- Reliable transportation recommended for this scenic rural Vermont location

Responsibilities\n

- Administer IV medications and infusion therapies safely and in accordance with clinical standards
- Monitor patient responses and maintain comfort, safety, and quality of care throughout treatment
- Coordinate scheduling, prior authorizations, and clinical order review as needed
- Collaborate with providers, payers, and care teams to support smooth infusion center operations
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and confirm understanding
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record and other required logs
- Support a collaborative, efficient, and patient-focused infusion environment
