Job DescriptionDirect Counsel is seeking a Private Clients Attorney Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join a nationally recognized private wealth and estate planning practice in Boston, MA. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, and business owners on estate planning and tax matters.Location

Key Responsibilities

Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning matters.

Develop estate, income, and gift tax planning strategies.

Represent individuals, trusts, partnerships, LLCs, and corporations on private wealth matters.

Assist with trust and estate administration.

Develop strategies to minimize taxes, protect assets, and preserve multigenerational wealth.

Collaborate with clients and advisors on complex estate planning matters.
Qualifications

2–5 years of private clients, trusts and estates, or estate planning experience.

Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and business entities.

Strong foundation in gift, estate, and income tax planning required.

Experience with trust and estate administration.

Strong academic credentials, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
$225,000–$300,000 Base Salary
