Treatment Coordinator - Drum Hill Dental

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to help patients understand their treatment options and ensure a smooth, positive experience from consultation through treatment completion.

Schedule
- Monday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans and explain recommended dental procedures to patients.
- Review treatment estimates, fees, and payment options to help patients make informed decisions.
- Communicate with patients regarding treatment recommendations, financial arrangements, and follow-up care.
- Coordinate treatment scheduling and follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment plans.
- Verify insurance benefits and help patients understand their coverage and estimated out-of-pocket costs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document patient communications.
- Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Provide excellent customer service while building trusting relationships with patients.
- Help maintain an organized and efficient front-office workflow.
Qualifications
- Previous dental experience required.
- Experience with Dentrix preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dental office.
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans, fees, and financial arrangements with patients.
- Professional, friendly, and patient-focused approach.
