About the Role:
Lil' Kickers of Marlborough is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Concessions/Birthday Staff member to join our fun-loving team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a lively, kid-friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the concessions stand, including preparing and serving food and beverages to guests
- Set up, host, and break down birthday party events to ensure a seamless and memorable experience
- Greet and assist families and guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of concessions and party areas
- Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event flow during busy party schedules
- Restock concession supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Set up and breakdown sports equipment for customers.
- Perform various maintenance and cleaning tasks around the building.
Requirements:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for working with children and families
- Previous experience in food service, concessions, or event hosting is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Availability on weekends and holidays when birthday events are most frequent
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
