Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to individuals dealing with a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues.
- Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to formulate effective treatment plans that align with clients’ unique goals and needs.
- Collaborate proactively with an interdisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and educational professionals—to design and implement a comprehensive care strategy for clients.
- Maintain detailed and confidential electronic health records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.
- Engage in regular clinical supervision sessions and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with behavioral health trends.
- Provide timely and effective crisis intervention and risk assessments when clients are experiencing acute distress.

Qualifications\n

- A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.
- Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The compensation package for this role is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
