Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to accurately identify individual patient needs, incorporating standardized evaluation tools and personal interviews.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families that utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
- Lead psychoeducational and support groups that address prevalent mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and shared understanding among participants.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure all aspects of patient care are considered and integrated.
- Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to patients in acute distress or mental health emergencies.
- Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and local resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.

Qualifications\n

- Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment strategies.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and devise effective treatment plans.
- Experience in providing both individual and group therapy, particularly to a diverse patient demographic.

Compensation and Benefits\n
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
