Bill Rate: $46/hr - $55/hr

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred)
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and evidence-based practices
- Understanding of geriatric rehabilitation and functional mobility
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
