Odd Fellows Home is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. Compensation
Starting at $35.00 per hour and up, based on experience, qualifications, and shift differentials.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.

Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.

Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare providers.

Assess residents and contribute to individualized care plans.

Ensure compliance with all resident care policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Collaborate effectively with CNAs, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident needs.

Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
Qualifications
-
Current and active Massachusetts LPN license in good standing.

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer service and resident-centered care skills.

Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment and critical thinking.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer and documentation skills.
-
Ability to perform duties requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, and transferring residents as needed.

Must successfully pass a background check, including CORI.
