CT Technologist – CT/X-Ray | Afternoons
\n North Adams, MA | 13 Weeks | 40 hrs/week | Afternoons
\n Seeking an experienced CT/X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week assignment. This position is primarily focused on CT but requires strong General X-Ray experience as well.
\n Position Details
\n Start Date: September 14, 2026
\n Contract: 13 weeks
\n Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
\n Schedule: 5x8s
\n Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week
\n Weekend: TBD; holiday coverage may be required
\n On-Call: TBD
\n Radius Requirement: Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
\n Responsibilities
\n Perform CT examinations with a strong focus on diagnostic imaging quality
\n Perform General X-Ray procedures as needed
\n Perform IV insertion and contrast injections
\n Operate and troubleshoot CT, CR, DR, and PACS applications
\n Use PACS, HIS, and RIS systems for imaging workflows
\n Apply independent judgment and critical thinking during procedures
\n Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and infection-control standards
\n Support other duties within scope of practice during low census
\n Requirements
\n Minimum 2 years of current CT/X-Ray experience
\n ARRT (CT) and ARRT (R) required
\n Active AHA BLS required
\n Massachusetts Radiology License required
\n MA license application may be considered if included with profile
\n Previous travel experience preferred, with at least 6 months preferred
\n At least 6 months–1 year of current agency experience required
\n First-time agency travelers will not be considered
\n Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred
\n Must have a reliable personal vehicle
\n Must be willing to perform duties within scope of practice during low census
\n Concurrent per diem/PRN assignments are not accepted
\n RTO must be submitted with the profile; maximum of 5 days preferred/accepted
