<li>Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit</li>
<li>Consult with referring Physicians/Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed</li>
<li>Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs</li>
<li>Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living </li>
<li>Patient education on the benefits of PT, the recovery process and the challenges they will face, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises</li>
<li>Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit</li>
<li>Collaboration with the other PTs and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients</li>
<li>Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT preferred)</li>
<li>PT License in MA</li>
<li>1+ years’ experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred (we will consider motivated recent grads)</li>
