Sudbury Park and Recreation is seeking a Camp Director for our popular Sudbury Summer program. Sudbury Summer is a classic day camp for children ages 5-10 held at the recently renovated Fairbank Community Center. We offer a full menu of activities every session. Campers rotate through a mix of fun, creative, and active programming designed for each age group, including: sports &amp; team games, arts &amp; crafts, theatre &amp; music activities, daily aquatics and STEM program activities, plus special events, shows and field trips (age group dependent).
The Camp Director is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the camp site, including camper safety, staff management, scheduling, family communication, and the overall operation of the camp.
Candidates must be energetic, organized, and focused on ensuring a safe, positive and inclusive experience for all participants.
