Minimum Requirements
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- At least 3 months of outpatient experience, or 1 year of Physical Therapist experience in other settings post-clinicals

Assignment Details
\n

- Schedule options include 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10
- Shift hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Shift days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM
- EMR: Raintree
- All new travelers must complete three HealthStream modules pre-assignment
