<li>Validate proteins through quality control experiments such as HPLC, mass spectrometry, binding, and enzymatic assays.</li>
<li>Perform biophysical analysis of proteins and/or protein complexes using mass spectrometry and other analytical techniques.</li>
<li>Develop and optimize protein purification strategies and biophysical methods to support drug discovery programs.</li>
<li>Share experimental results in team meetings and advise on best practices for generating protein reagents used in biophysical characterization, structural biology, assay development, screening, hit identification, and immunization.</li>

Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>PhD in biochemistry, chemistry, molecular &amp; cellular biology, biophysics, or a related field with 2–4 years of experience; or BS/MS with 6–12 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in industry.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with mass spectrometry instruments and their maintenance, along with other biophysical techniques.</li>
<li>Strong expertise using AKTA purification systems and a solid understanding of modern protein purification techniques.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a passion for continuous learning.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Proficiency with the Waters BioAccord mass spectrometer </li>
<li>Experience with biophysical techniques such as mass photometry, thermal shift assays, fluorescence spectroscopy, etc.</li>
<li>Understanding of upstream and downstream processes including molecular biology, cell culture, protein expression, structural biology, and assay development.</li>
<li>Familiarity with the drug discovery pipeline and how protein reagents contribute to various stages.</li>

Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on Lead Polymer Scientist to drive the development of our hydrogel adhesive platform. You will be the technical lead for all aspects of polymer synthesis, characterization, and optimization — working closely with internal and external teams to advance our product through preclinical, regulatory, and manufacturing milestones.
This role is ideal for an industry-experienced polymer chemist with a deep understanding of crosslinking systems, hydrogel design, analytical methods, and stability studies preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical sector.
 
Qualifications

<li>Extensive experience in polymer design, synthesis, and characterization</li>
<li>Strong background in biomaterials and biocompatibility</li>
