Allied universal is seeking part time Armed Security officers to oversee two sites in NH
Starting Pay $25.09 / hour
Monday 8:45am - 5:15pm in Manchester NH and Tuesday 8:45am - 5:15pm in Nashua NH
Must be 21 years of age and older and have at least 1 year of security experience

As an Armed Security Officer you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal&nbsp;will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.</li>

This position is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Hourly Rate is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. 
 
Job Summary:
Oil Service Technicians are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial heating and cooling systems, as well as related tanks and piping.
 
Essential Duties:
<ul>
<li>Installs, maintains, and repairs heating, ventilation, and cooling equipment at commercial and residential customer sites.</li>
<li>Communicates in a timely manner with office staff, maintaining a schedule and making sure any delays are properly communicated to the customer.</li>
<li>Follows a standardized format for customer visits:</li>
<li>Documents all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures where applicable.</li>
<li>Diagnoses diverse electrical and mechanical service issues.</li>
<li>Explains the diagnosed issue in concise terms to the customer, together with the resolution.</li>
<li>Understands, and articulately conveys, company pricing and services to customers.</li>
<li>Repairs by obtaining any needed replacement parts, calibrating system to manufacturer’s recommendations, and thoroughly testing components for functionality.</li>
<li>Identifies and reports to owner potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services).</li>
<li>Completes visit by obtaining customer signature and correct customer information, including email address.</li>
<li>Notifies dispatchers of any issues that require repair or compromise delivery or service</li>
<li>Maintains proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.</li>
<li>Maintains company vehicle, including frequent interior and exterior cleaning, refueling, reporting any mechanical issues and ensuring that they are corrected, and submitting completed monthly vehicle inspection and mileage log forms.</li>
<li>Participates in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.</li>
<li>Conducts visual oil tank inspections, recording condition with pictures and descriptions.</li>
<li>Executes other duties assigned by the Service Manager.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
Technical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>A minimum of three years of experience in oil service or equipment sales preferred.</li>
<li>MA Oil Burner Service license.</li>
<li>EPA 608 certificate preferred.</li>
<li>Clean MA/ NH driving record.</li>
<li>Understanding of blueprints, plans, and manuals.</li>
<li>Ability to pass company-provided drug test, alcohol test, and physical.</li>
<li>Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, overtime, and on call shifts.</li>
</ul>
FLSA Status:
<ul>
<li>This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Electronic timekeeping of all hours worked is required.</li>
</ul>
