QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>8-10 years of experience leading a high-volume bakery or food manufacturing facility.</li>
<li>2+ years of culinary experience, preferably in pastry or baking.</li>
<li>Proven track record managing large teams with empathy, clarity, and accountability.</li>
<li>Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM systems.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of OSHA, FDA, EPA, and local health regulations.</li>
<li>Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and production systems.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.</li>
<li>Fluency in other languages (Spanish, French, etc.) a plus.</li>
</ul>
WORKING CONDITIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs</li>
<li>Flexibility to work varied schedules including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays</li>
<li>Must be available for occasional overnight production shifts (minimum 1 per quarter)</li>
