OVERVIEW: The Installation &amp; Service Technician will be primarily involved with the installation, service and preventative maintenance of Handicare products throughout the U.S. This individual will be called upon to perform site surveys and installation audits. Whenever possible, the work performed by the individual would be billable against a particular revenue generating project. Occasionally, based on available service and installation workload, the technician may perform other duties as assigned in other areas of the business such as production, assembly and distribution. This position is located in the Boston Area. Successful candidates must have construction experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Perform installation of Handicare products. This includes but is not limited to resource allocation, customer and sub-contractor communication, expense tracking, final audit, etc. Products include, but are not limited to: ceiling track lifting systems, etc. Construction sites consist of hospitals and long-term care facilities. </li>
<li>Install ceiling track lift systems and other products per Handicare standards.</li>
<li>Perform on site surveys at prospective installation sites for the purpose of gathering all required information to plan and complete a ceiling track lift installation.</li>
<li>Perform on site audits of in progress and completed installations to ensure compliance with company standards.</li>
<li>Coordinate delivery of products and other installation materials to coincide with arrival of labor resources as needed on a project.</li>
<li>Arrange site storage for products and materials as needed for installation projects.</li>
<li>Keep accurate project records for expenses, various required testing, training etc.</li>
<li>Interact directly with owners and staff at Hospitals, Nursing Homes, private residences, Group Homes, etc. while performing the above functions</li>
<li>Train the end users of the equipment on the operational aspects of the equipment sold and installed.</li>
<li>Perform service repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance as required. </li>
<li>Maintain the company service and installation vehicle in good operating condition and cleanliness.</li>
<li>Maintain the van inventory in an orderly fashion, at proper levels and account for all items used in the performance of service and installation functions.</li>
<li>Travel to out of state job sites as directed by supervisor, travel required up to 85% of the time.</li>

Job Summary
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Respond expeditiously to calls from clinical departments, and/or customers to evaluate and rectify valid operator complaints and concerns. • Develops and conducts training when requested regionally and nationally • Handle difficult customer situations • Repair, install, maintain, calibrate, and inspect a diverse range of therapeutic and diagnostic imaging devices and systems, including planned maintenance and electrical safety testing. May require certification in order to complete repairs. • Utilizes specialized knowledge and training to perform system calibrations within area of expertise. Compensation:

Are you interested in providing on-campus support to college students with disabilities as they navigate campus life and adjust to college? Easterseals Massachusetts continues to expand its very successful College Navigator program throughout the state. The College Navigator team offers a supportive environment with comprehensive new hire training through job-shadowing with other experienced members of the team to set up new team members and the students they support for long-term success.
Position Overview:
College Navigators provide on-campus and virtual support to college students with disabilities as they adjust to academics without IEP accommodations and navigate campus living. This position requires onsite availability primarily at Salem State University, Endicott College, and Gordon College, but may include other colleges in the Northeast area of MA. 
Applicants should have full-time availability Monday-Friday with the ability to start as early as 8 am and go as late as 5 pm depending upon student schedules. Applicants should have or their own daily reliable transportation to commute between campuses on a daily basis. Compensation rates for candidates with a Bachelor's degree is $26/hour and $29/hour for those with a Masters degree working a 35-hour workweek. 
Essential Functions:

<li>Develop action plans each semester that addresses each student’s goals as they relate to their transition into college</li>

Field Service Technician will be assigned a truck and travel daily to customer job sites to repair and maintain equipment.
