AUDIENCE SERVICES COORDINATOR JOB OVERVIEW
Global Arts Live seeks an Audience Services Coordinator to play a critical role in the management and operations of the Audience Services department. Reporting to the Director of Audience Services you will support all aspects of Box Office management and operations and collaborate with house management staff for all Global Arts Live events taking place at multiple venues in greater Boston, as well as rental events at our new performing arts center, The Platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES 
Box Office Operations

<li>Handle ticket sales during regular business hours and during performances via phone and in person</li>
<li>Respond to email inquiries from members and patrons</li>

<li>Day-to-Day supervision of part-time Audience Services Representatives including training and scheduling</li>
