<li>Assisting Classroom Teachers with the routine opening/closing of the classroom, including but not limited to wiping down the toys, cleaning the tables, vacuuming the room, sanitizing the room (after all children have left), and overall preparation of the classroom for the next morning.</li>
<li>Providing classroom assistance to support teachers as needed throughout the day, including but not limited to preparing materials for classroom lesson plans, engaging with students in free play, assisting with daily projects, supervising/zoning during outdoor time, helping with bathroom needs and diapering, snack and lunch time assistance (heating up lunches, cutting up food, helping open containers, supervision), naptime assistance, etc. </li>
<li>Adhering to the daily classroom schedule while assisting teachers.</li>
<li>Maintaining cleanliness of the school throughout the day including, but not limited to, cleaning staff kitchen areas, lobbies, staff and classroom bathrooms, using the zono-machine (if applicable to your school), emptying trash and disposing in dumpster, assist with laundry and organizing/putting away nap mats. </li>

Position Summary
Conduct Compensation and Pension exams on behalf of Veterans Administrations vendors. Job entails performing history and physical based exams. This is a unique opportunity to work with our nation's veterans doing disability assessments. Timelines is high priority to ensure veterans are seen within an appropriate amount of time from filing their claim(s). Our vendors abide by VA / Government regulations including trainings and documentation of veteran’s disability claims which you will be required to follow as well.
Responsibilities and Duties

<li>Maintain HIPAA confidentiality always.</li>
<li>Keep office space tidy, greet veteran and introduce yourself prior to examination.</li>
<li>Complete history- and physical-based assessments.</li>
<li>Provide medical opinion when requested.</li>
<li>Keep track of pending charts/orders and submit in timely manner.</li>
<li>Complete and submit charts/orders within 1-2 business days of order date.</li>
<li>Review medical history provided in provider portal prior to appointment, gather information from the veteran by performing a history and physical exam, using a Disability Questionnaire (DBQ) placed on each order.</li>
<li>Ancillaries may be ordered such as x- rays, labs, EKG, echo, and pulmonary function test as clinically indicated to substantiate a claimed condition.</li>
<li>Complete all assigned trainings within an appropriate amount of time prior to deadline.</li>
</ul>

Requirements:
Education/Qualifications:

<li>Hold a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Nursing (MSN, DNP) from a Nurse Practitioner program, or a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (PA-C). For Physicians, must have a graduate degree from an accredited School of Medicine (MD/DO).</li>
<li>Maintain a valid state license, and current AANP/ANCC/NCCPA certification as applicable.</li>
<li>Retain BLS certification.</li>
<li>Possess strong interpersonal communication skills and basic computer knowledge.</li>
<li>Minimum one year of experience in advanced practice role preferred. Will consider strong new graduates.</li>
<li>Solid experience working with EMR desirable.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in an independent environment.</li>
<li>Receptive to feedback and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.</li>
