Summary of Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions:

Customer Support & Communication

  • Serve as the point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
  • Listen actively to understand customer needs and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Issue Resolution

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience, efficiency, and clarity.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved matters to appropriate teams or supervisors as needed.
  • Document customer interactions, service issues, and resolutions accurately in the system.

Order & Account Management

  • Enter and manage customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing of all orders. Revise and update orders as needed to reflect customer requirements.
  • Verify customer information and maintain confidentiality in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as production and logistics to ensure customers are informed about product availability and shipping timelines.

Administrative & Support Tasks

  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Provide feedback on common issues to help improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center, retail, or office environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in standard office software and basic computer applications.

Physical Demands:

  • Long periods of work that primarily involve sitting.
  • Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds
