Job Summary:
The Bath Tech supports the installation of high-quality bath and shower remodeling projects by performing hands-on construction, carpentry, and finishing tasks. This role assists with jobsite preparation, material handling, demolition, installation tasks, and cleanup. Job Summary: Proficiently perform teller function, processing transactions with accuracy and balance according to the Bank's standards, policies and procedures. Increase the Bank's market share by maximizing sales opportunities through relationship management and business development efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB REQUIREMENTS

<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the hours of operation of the Bank, including Saturday mornings</li>
<li>Ability to lift 30 pounds</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of keyboard and computer skills</li>
<li>Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations with the use of a calculator</li>
<li>Must have basic business acumen and professionalism</li>

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE

PAY RANGE: $20.00 - $21.85/hourly
The pay range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the pay range for this job at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, and market factors; additional compensation may apply.

The Senior Accountant will handle cash applications and support the Controller and Accounting Manager with the company’s general accounting and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US GAAP and proficient computer skills, including a thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented and analytical, be able to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, have strong communication skills, and be a team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Review, reconcile, and post incoming payments accurately</li>
<li>Pick-up physical mail from PO Box routinely consists of standard letter sized envelopes.</li>
<li>Assist with monthly closing procedures including preparing journal entries for fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and various liability accruals.</li>
<li>Reconcile cash, income &amp; expenses to bank statements.</li>
<li>Prepare and enhance monthly reports for inventory, revenue, and develop ad hoc reports as needed.</li>
<li>Post journal entries as requested by management and/or accounting firm.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain sales commission calculation and reporting</li>
<li>Communicate with financial institutions, insurers, and vendors regarding financial transactions.</li>
<li>Support sales &amp; use tax filings</li>
</ul>
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and strong Excel skills are highly preferred</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting with strong complimentary experience.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and advanced analytical and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.</li>
<li>Exercises discretion and an ability to work independently.</li>
<li>Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze workload and prioritize tasks and assignments according to importance.</li>
