Unit Description: The Wound Care Nursing Team Lead will be responsible to assist in supervision and coordination of all activities relating to the Wound Care Nursing Team. The Team Leader provides clinical coordination of care related to skin integrity and wound care and extends across CVMC and WDR and to the outside community.&nbsp;The Team Lead provides professional nursing care to newborn through end-of-life patients in varying states of health and illness through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient’s health needs and goals.&nbsp;The Team Leader provides direct care to patients and families, as well as teaching and preparation for continuing care.&nbsp;The Team Lead is an experienced nurse who is the clinical expert and resource for WDR residents, ED, ACU and CVMC inpatients, medical team staff, and the organizations at large. The Team Leader demonstrates clinical leadership skills through mentoring, providing educational programs for staff, and modeling excellent clinical and customer service.&nbsp;This Team Leader will conduct their clinical duties primarily at Woodridge Skilled Nursing &amp; Rehabilitation and will have oversight of the nursing wound care team functioning at both Central Vermont Hospital and Woodridge Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation.
BSN Required.
CWCN Certification (or within one year of hire) is required.&nbsp;

Waterfront Staff also work a Sunday Family Day on Sunday, July 26. We are a coach-owned YMCA-affiliated team out of the North Shore of Massachusetts. The Danvers YMCA Dolfins collaborate with both the Danvers Community YMCA swim lesson program and the local Swimm with Timm program to provide swimmers with a more comprehensive swim team experience. The swim lesson program curriculum is designed to provide swimmers with a deeper understanding of proper swimming technique. Swimmers come to the program with a strong foundation of skills, and the program is designed to develop swimmers through a technique-centered focus, transforming them into strong swimmers at every level of development, from Age Group to Seniors.
 
About YOU: Our employees have the opportunity to be trained anywhere from a swim instructor to a swim coach. You love being in the water and educating kids of all ages! Instructors should have a minimum of two years’ group childcare, teaching, or coaching experience and be willing to obtain CPR, first aid, and lifesaving certifications within the first six months of employment.
 
We are also looking for professional coaches that have strong experience working with Age Group swimmers, with Junior and Senior level swimmer experience preferred. Time will be spent on deck coaching and running dry land practices as directed by the Head Coach. Must have or be willing to obtain USA Swimming and YMCA Principles of Competitive Swimming and Diving certifications. Exercise science or physical fitness background is a plus.

Required Qualifications

Work Environment
The Swim Instructor must remain indoors at a facility pool with water and air temperatures of 75 degrees or higher at all times. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to chemicals and fumes.
 
Physical Demands
Walks, runs, sits, stands, bends, lifts, swims and moves continually during working hours; is subject to lifting over 50 pounds. Must remain alert and able to recognize distress signals.
