Salad and Sandwich Maker

<h3>Job Description</h3>
Position Summary: The Senior Epic Analyst – Beacon/Willow is primarily responsible for protocol and medication build and the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of Epic Beacon (Oncology) workflows. This role collaborates closely with clinical teams, operational leaders, and IT colleagues to ensure Beacon functionality aligns with clinical protocols, medication management, and organizational objectives. The analyst serves as a key liaison between end users and technical teams to optimize workflows, troubleshooting issues, and support system enhancements. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead protocol builds in Epic Beacon, including treatment plans, orders, and clinical workflows. (Protocols experience required)</li>
<li>Support medication builds and other pharmacy workflows</li>
<li>Partner with oncology clinical staff to understand protocol requirements and translate them into effective Epic workflows.</li>
<li>Configure, maintain, and support Epic Beacon workflows.</li>
<li>Participate in testing, validation, and optimization initiatives for new or updated Beacon functionality.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Beacon workflows, escalating complex problems as needed.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain documentation, including workflow diagrams, build guides, and support materials.</li>
<li>Collaborate with IT, pharmacy, and clinical teams to ensure successful adoption of system changes.</li>
<li>Support ongoing training and education for clinical staff related to Beacon functionality.</li>
<li>Participate in system upgrades, go-live activities, and optimization projects.</li>
<li>Provide tier-two support and serve as a subject matter expert for Beacon users.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, IT, or related field.</li>
<li>5 years of experience directly involved in Epic application support performing builds in the targeted application(s).</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with protocol and medication management/build in oncology or complex clinical workflows.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, and IT teams.</li>
<li>Understanding of Willow medication build or prior Willow experience</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience working in a hospital or academic medical center environment.</li>
<li>Familiarity with oncology medication management, chemotherapy protocols, and clinical decision support.</li>
<li>Experience with Epic upgrades, testing, and optimization projects.</li>
</ul>

The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.

The Team
The Fidelity Security Team is a part of Global Security and Investigations (GSI) that works around the clock to keep Fidelity associates, customers, and assets safe, through security, intelligence, safety, and business continuity operations. Global Security Operations provides physical and technical security services to Fidelity associates, customers, and assets in the Boston region. Our security representatives are highly trained to respond to safety/security related concerns and monitor state-of-the art security systems.

The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

 As a civil project engineer, job responsibilities will include designing roads, residential developments, commercial sites, stormwater management design and modeling, utility design, as well as Town, State and Federal permitting.
