Job Title: Lead Aircraft Detailer
Location: Boston, MA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $25.00 - $34.00/hour

About the Role:
Do you take pride in hands-on work and leading by example? We’re looking for a Lead Aircraft Detailer to head up a detailing crew and ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism for every aircraft we touch.

The ideal candidate is hard-working, detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to following procedures that keep our team safe and our clients impressed. In this role, you’ll&nbsp;
be responsible for managing onsite detailing jobs, supporting your Operations Manager, training new team members, and helping maintain a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
Lead a crew of aircraft detailers on-site to complete detailing jobs efficiently and&nbsp;
professionally
• Deliver outstanding detailing services, including:
o Exterior washing, waxing, and paint revitalization
o Brightwork metal polishing and de-ice boot refurbishment
o Full interior detail, leather care, carpet/upholstery extraction
o Stain removal, sanitation of galley and lavatory
• Assist with new team member training and help enforce safety protocols
• Communicate with the Operations Manager to ensure job quality and crew&nbsp;
performance
• Represent the company professionally with clients and airport staff
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations at all times
• Occasionally travel for assignments (overnight accommodations provided by&nbsp;
company)
• Work flexible hours including weekends, as needed

• Comfortable working with hand tools and cleaning products
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and be on your feet for extended&nbsp;
periods
• Willingness to wear appropriate safety gear (steel-toe boots, gloves, eye protection)

Schedule:
• Full-time
• Day shift and some weekend availability required
• Schedule may vary depending on aircraft arrival and customer needs
&nbsp;
FAA Compliance:
This position is subject to the&nbsp;FAA Drug&nbsp;and Alcohol Testing Program&nbsp;in accordance with federal regulations. All applicants must comply with the company’s Drug-Free Policy and&nbsp;
be willing to undergo testing upon hire.

detailing crew. As a Lead Aircraft Detailer, you’ll be hands-on in delivering exceptional cleaning and detailing services, managing onsite teams, and ensuring safety and quality at every step.

You’ll Lead and Perform:
&nbsp;Exterior washing, waxing &amp; paint revitalization
&nbsp;Brightwork polishing &amp; de-ice boot treatment
&nbsp;Full interior detailing, leather care, carpet extraction
Training, safety enforcement, and job site leadership
&nbsp;
You Are:
&nbsp;Reliable, focused, and take pride in your work
&nbsp;Great at managing time and following procedures
&nbsp;Physically capable of lifting, kneeling, and working on/around aircraft
&nbsp;A team player with strong communication skills
&nbsp;Able to pass FAA-mandated drug screening &amp; background check
&nbsp;Must be flexible with schedule, including some weekends
&nbsp;Occasional overnight travel with expenses covered
&nbsp;
