POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:&nbsp;To provide direct and consult services to youth who receive Residential Services at Spaulding Academy and Family Services. This individual will work alongside Behavioral Health Supervisors and Coordinators to deliver exemplary services to students served at Spaulding Academy &amp; Family Services using a data-based decision-making model. Behavioral staff engage in an interdisciplinary approach with medical staff, residential staff, community-based school staff and other related service providers to produce positive outcomes for challenging children and youth. There are opportunities to work with a variety of behavioral presentations including children with emotional and behavioral disorders, intellectual disabilities, trauma-related disorders, and children with autism spectrum disorders.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;Listed below are the essential functions of this position. Successful job applicants will be able to perform these essential functions with or without a requested reasonable accommodation.
· Carries a caseload of up to 12 students across 1-2 cottages in residential care.
· Provide direct and consult services as outlined in treatment plans as well as completing skill and/or behavior-based assessments for each student.
· Serve as the Primary Service Provider when the student’s primary needs are related to behavior. This includes guiding the internal team and residential staff from a behavioral perspective by offering professional consultation and reviewing documentation to ensure consistency and cohesion.

· Coordinate with Permanency Specialists, Clinicians, and other team members to ensure consistent communication with parents/guardians and collaterals.
· Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including Clinicians, Residential, and Health Services, regarding treatment planning and recommendations appropriate to the residential settingto include the community academic arena if applicable.
· Participate in case management activities as needed to ensure that each child’s needs are being met according to the treatment plan within state and federal regulations and CARF requirements.
· Maintain working knowledge of progress, needs, and plans for all students on caseload.
· Have working knowledge of evidence-based practice and be able to support staff in implementing applicable techniques.
· Participate in necessary meetings including treatment team meetings, court hearings, matching meetings, and departmental meetings as appropriate.
· Consult with staff and external agencies regarding appropriate support and behavioral services for assigned students.
· Understand best practice related to services for students with a range of challenges including autism, neurological impairments, behavioral difficulties, emotional disabilities, learning and developmental disabilities and complex developmental trauma.
· Understand and facilitate staff concepts for evidence-based practices related to the science of Behavior Analysis.
· Participate in ongoing behavior analytic training related to improving treatment services for youth and their families and clinical competence.
· Participate in “Resource on Call” rotation as support for parents and staff in response to crisis situations.
· Provides exceptional customer service to students, their families and outside stakeholders.
· Monitors, screens and responds to all pertinent communication regarding case assignments in a timely fashion.

We are looking for a Driver to transport customer product in a safe and timely manner.
Driver responsibilities include planning each route based on road and traffic conditions

Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous Quality Engineer to uphold and enhance our quality standards across our aerospace, machining and medical device markets. You will be instrumental in maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring we meet and exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements. This role is perfect for a hands-on problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>QMS &amp; Compliance: Maintain and improve the QMS to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 13485, AS9100. Act as a key point of contact for and lead preparation activities for NADCAP special process audits (e.g., welding, heat treating, NDT) and other customer/regulatory audits.</li>
<li>Root Cause &amp; Corrective Action: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for non-conformances using methodologies like 8D, 5 Whys, or fishbone diagrams. Implement robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.</li>
<li>New Product Development (NPD): Support NPD by developing quality plans, inspection criteria, and validation protocols. Create and approve First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) per AS9102 and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation.</li>
<li>Process Control &amp; Validation: Develop and implement statistical process control (SPC) methods to monitor and control manufacturing processes, ensuring capability (Cpk​) and stability. Plan and execute Installation, Operational, and Performance Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new or modified equipment and processes.</li>
<li>Risk Management: Actively participate in and lead risk management activities including the development and maintenance of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).</li>
<li>Supplier Quality: Assist in the qualification and monitoring of suppliers. Review supplier quality data, address supplier non-conformances, and drive quality improvements throughout the supply chain.</li>
<li>Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles to reduce waste, improve product quality, and increase efficiency.</li>
<li>Travel: Ability to travel to our Seabrook facility to support operations as well as supplier or future locations.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.</li>
<li>Experience with NADCAP, ISO 9001, 9100 and 13485.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of GD&amp;T and the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.</li>
<li>Proven experience with CAPA systems, root cause analysis, and risk management.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li>
