The Building Maintenance Worker is responsible for repairs and maintenance/upkeep of the Bank’s owned properties. This position is tasked with performing minor renovation work and other facilities related duties. Ensure Soteria House is in compliance with all Therapeutic Community Residence (TCR) regulations. The House Manager serves as the TCR House Manager for the Department of Aging and Independent Living (DAIL), including responsibility to:

Maintain knowledge of all applicable TCR regulations and ensure adherence to stated guidelines.
</li>
<li>
Be present at least 22 hours per week at the house.
</li>
<li>
Ensure staffing patterns meet licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Serve as the primary point of contact with licensors, regulators, and oversight bodies.
</li>
<li>
Oversee safety protocols, incident response, and required internal and external reporting.
</li>

Review incidents and ensure appropriate follow-up, documentation, and corrective action.

Oversee program documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Work with the Team Lead to maintain and regularly update program policies and procedures, and participate in review, creation, and updating of agency-wide policies.

Ensure program participation in community meetings with DMH, DAIL, and other community providers as requested.

Requirements:

Per TCR regulations: An Associate’s Degree (or higher degree) in the area of human services OR three (3) years of general experience in a human services-related field.

At least three years of management or leadership experience is preferred.

Experience supervising a team is preferred.

Experience in residential programs preferred.
</li>
<li>
Knowledge of psychiatric alternatives and psychosocial approaches to mental health and wellbeing is preferred and considered an asset.
