Soteria House operates as a Therapeutic Community Residence (TCR). Services are funded by the Vermont Department of Mental Health (DMH) and TCR compliance is overseen by the Department of Aging and Independent Living (DAIL).
 
The Role:
Soteria House leadership includes a House Manager and a Team Lead, who together provide program leadership and oversight. While both roles contribute to the overall functioning, culture, and values of the house, the House Manager is the licensed role responsible for program accountability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
The House Manager ensures that Soteria House operates in accordance with all licensing, regulatory, and contractual requirements, while supporting the program’s mission and relational, peer-informed values. The Building Maintenance Worker is responsible for repairs and maintenance/upkeep of the Bank’s owned properties. This position is tasked with performing minor renovation work and other facilities related duties. The incumbent uses small tools, resolves problems efficiently, handles complaints, and works well with others and also travels to various Bank locations to resolve building-related issues and make routine repairs, as well as move supplies, equipment, and occasionally amounts of coin and/or currency between branches. Salary Range: $18.25 - $18.25 per hour
Phillips Academy seeks an evening custodian to clean and maintain Academy buildings by performing routine and specialized cleaning of academic and non academic spaces and maintain a clean, safe, sanitary and attractive environment.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 3pm to 11:30pm plus overtime as required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

<li>Sweeping, mopping, dusting/washing furniture, vacuuming floors and surfaces and restocking restroom and kitchen areas.</li>
<li>Responsible for sanitizing bathroom surfaces, fixtures, and food handling areas.</li>
<li>Emptying trash and recycling receptacles and moving the trash and recyclables to the appropriate pick-up points.</li>
<li>Strip, wax and burnish floors using power floor machines, as well as operate heavy-duty wet pick-up machines to remove liquids form floor surfaces.</li>

Allied Universal is looking to hire a Solution Engineer.&nbsp;The Solution Engineer creates all post-sale security systems design, engineering, value engineering, and documentation.&nbsp; The position is part of the Solutions Engineering department, which is responsible for translating, expanding, finalizing, and documenting pre-sales proposals and technical designs produced by Sales and Solutions Architecture in pre-sale systems architecting and quoting.&nbsp; This position works closely with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Operations, and external customers as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Creates and updates performance-based and product-based specifications</li>
<li>Creates and updates pre-fabrication submittal packages as specified by architects and engineers for their approval prior to installation</li>
<li>Develops and maintains as-built record documentation over the life cycle of various projects and follow-on MAC work</li>
<li>Utilizes and contributes to a comprehensive library of standard post-sale engineering documents, templates, and standards, as well as project-specific and customer-specific submittals</li>
<li>Ensures effective value engineering by assuring technical compliance while at the same time reducing Allied Universal Technology Services costs whenever possible</li>
<li>Reviews AUTS proposals both pre-sale and post-sale to scrutinize selected products for applicability and specification compliance</li>

<li>Contributes to AUTS internal guidelines for Solutions Engineering engagement and post-sale systems engineering</li>
