Summary: The Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional 2 will support and assist individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities during the overnight hours in Level 2 residential programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Provide support and assist individuals with all activities of daily living.</li>

UVS is seeking a kind, positive and patient Specialized DSP to work with a smart, funny, kind individual.

<li> Recreational support to include long walks and exploring all that nature has to offer </li>
<li> Extensive training/ shadowing opportunities will be offered for all areas of the role </li>
<li>In-Home support</li>

The ideal candidate must be able to:
 
<ul>
<li> Physically able to lift and carry 50lbs. </li>
<li> High capacity for self-regulation</li>
<li> Strong communication and teamwork skills</li>
<li>Must be 18y/o or older </li>
</ul>
 
Candidates will undergo a background check, must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
We are offering a generous sign on bonus!! $500 after successfully completing six months and another $500 upon successfully completing one year at Upper Valley Services.
