Position Summary: The Resident Service Designee supports the Director in managing nursing services, in managing nursing services, coordinating care, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining quality. Oversees medication delivery, staff training, and contributes to residents' physical, emotional, and social needs to promote independence and quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for ensuring clinical services are provided in accordance with state regulations, accepted clinical standards, agency policy and standards.</li>
<li>Assist in the coordination and management of nursing and personal care attendant services provided to residents.</li>
<li>Provides nursing services to residents</li>

<li>Resident Teaching</li>
<li>Wellness counseling</li>

<li>Provision of care and services to residents whose conditions are chronic and stable</li>

<li>Reviews documentation and communication of Resident Care Services associates</li>
<li>Supervises assigned personnel in the delivery of nursing services and assistance with activities.</li>
